To-go (biking) soup: Others are confused why I like to cycle 16, 17 km to the Sylter soup wagon on my free day, even in grumpy weather. Why am i doing this Guaranteed reward. In winter and summer: first-class vegetable power, "handmade". The soups are kind of magical, just like this soup cart place. Only those who go (or leave) find out. In the cold, a warm minestrone with Sylt vegetables is simply bombastic = "soup-energy to-go". It's a shame that I don't make it to come here more often. On the other hand: rare enjoyment is very special. May there be many more spring-summer-autumn and winter soups! The "vegan acid soup" in late spring was also awesome.

I found out about him about 3 years ago ..... Since then he has been a Sylt institution for us that you have to experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best minestrone I've ever seen and eaten! Not that I would otherwise like to order minestrone, but it was so worth it here today! So rich, round in taste and a nice seller too ... Hats off!

Delicious soups. Owner, Maurice, is also very nice and friendly. You should go there earlier to get some of the soups. Otherwise away quickly🙂. "Sylt soups" are recommendable. If you are on holiday on Sylt, the visit is definitely worth it.

The soups are great! If you like to queue for it for a very long time in case of doubt ... and then maybe have bad luck because the soup is sold out ... this is the right place. 👍 I find it absurd outside of Corona to put the chips and other topping over the soup with your fingers, especially since customers who do not come into contact with other people's soups should disinfect their hands. 👎 At least we got two more soups ... not the one we wanted, but they were still delicious. There again? Yes - if I drive by and see that it is not that full ..... maybe we will have better luck in winter 🍀.

Super tasty vegan soups and funny garden

The soups are a pleasure 😋, very creamy and flavorful. The tomato cream soup in particular was really delicious and also nice and fiery in the finish.

Freshly cooked, very tasty ... Highly recommended! Be there on time as the soups are in high demand!

Relaxed and delicious! For me, that's the summary of our visit. We tried three of the four offered soups and were very enthusiastic. Maurice is a relaxed and very gracious host. And if you are lucky enough to enjoy the soup in the sun in your garden in the beach chair, the relaxation is perfect - or as the host said: "We're really in paradise!". So it is, we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed 3 different soups today and were absolutely thrilled. Here is not just cooked, but with passion and the combination of many different spices a culinary delight created. Add to that the friendly atmosphere and the cool location. Enjoying sitting in the middle of the dune grass, has something. Absolute recommendation for an island stay 👍
